Unforget

This is a short English summary. The Korean version governs. If the two differ, the Korean version applies.

Unforget Terms of Service

Effective date: October 20, 2026

Unforget (the "Service") is run by Sadana. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

  1. The Service. A spaced-repetition flashcard app for iOS. You can make your own cards and study official seed decks.
  2. Accounts and guests. Accounts use an email magic link; there is no password or social login. You can also use the Service as a guest; guest data is kept until the guest account is deleted (you can delete it in Settings); guest data unused for more than 1 year may be deleted. Users under 14 may not sign up. Keep your account secure and tell us at hello@sadana.app if someone else uses it.
  3. Your content. You own the decks and cards you create or import. You give Sadana a free, non-transferable license to store, process and show that content only to run the Service. We do not use it for ads or sell it. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where the law requires us to keep it. Only import content you have the rights to.
  4. Seed decks and CC BY-SA. Some seed decks include third-party content under CC BY-SA 4.0. We show the author and license on those decks. If you change, export or share them, you must keep the attribution and share your changes under the same license. Private changes you don't share carry no extra duty.
  5. Don't: upload content that infringes others' rights or is illegal; harass anyone; spread malware or attack the Service; scrape or overload it with automated tools; pretend to be someone else; resell the Service without permission; or break the law.
  6. Price. The Service is currently free, with no paid features or payments. If paid features are added later, Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) will process payments as merchant of record, and we will update these terms first.
  7. Changes to the Service. We may change, add or remove features. We give at least 30 days' notice of important changes that are bad for you and at least 7 days' notice of other changes. If we shut down the Service, we give at least 30 days' notice, and your content is handled as described in letting you export your decks (CSV / Anki) until the shutdown date, then deleting the content without delay.
  8. Suspension and termination. You can delete your account at any time; your content is then deleted and can't be restored. If you break section 5, we may limit, suspend or end your use, normally after telling you why and letting you respond.
  9. Liability. We try to keep the Service running, but we are not liable for losses caused by events outside our control or by your own fault. Unforget is a study tool and does not guarantee results. We remain liable for intentional acts and gross negligence, and nothing here reduces your rights under Korean consumer law.
  10. Law and courts. Korean law applies. Disputes go to the court that has jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
  11. Changes to these terms. We announce changes at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes that are bad for you). If you don't agree, you can delete your account.
